Super Fantasy~

I asked my korean friend Yeon Joo to introduce some korean singers to me, as I have a large music library of Korean songs which needed to be updated; I always get the latest albums and songs for my favorite group singers like Girl’s Generation, Super Junior, and Lee Seung Gi. I like listening to old singers too, as I’m so into classic pop, rock and ballads.. someone Like Kim Bum Soo has a great blues and ballad songs that I really like to hear. so, Yeon Joo told me about some singers whom I didn’t know, there are many but to name a few; Yojoh, Sung Shi Kyung, Park Ji Yoon and Peppertones.
Peppertones grabbed my attention with their pop/ soft dance style and their music reminded me of the ever famous 90′s group Spice Girls.
I liked a song called “Super Fantastic” from the album Colorful Express.
it says “Every Moment, every night, life seems to be a big tragedy. Dreams believed to be achieved once, might end up in agony!
But open your eyes and just take a look around.
Can you hear that boogie sound?
Someone’s hand is one my shoulder..
gotta go, gotta flow, this is no time to be slow.
Possibility, it’s a mystery
your biggest dreams they might come to reality.
We will find a way
and a place to stay
so keep on dreaming on this super-fantasy! “
Thanks A lot Yeon Joo for introducing this beautiful band to me ^^
Korean Food, Hmm..Delicious Experience!

This is Not my first time eating Korean food, I’ve been to Korean restaurants 3 times (there are some korean restaurants in Cairo) but not in my hometown Alex unfortunately. T.T
I also came across a super market Called “토마토” or Tomato; it’s full of korean products and owned by 2 korean people “apparently a man and his wife” and I only went there once but was lucky to get some candy from there (they ran out of stock at that time)
last month I got this great chance to meet a korean friend who were about to go back to Korea and we had lunch in this beautiful korean restaurant and the food was DELICIOUS!!! I tried a new dish and I really liked it.

It is “설렁탕” (Sollong tang- Beef Soup) and it’s not like western society, you get an empty beef soup, the soup had (beef chunks, vegetables, glass noodles “잡채” and eggs) and you get a bowl of rice with it to put it into the soup and mix it then eat it all together.
and also I came across this; Korean Thin Noodles.. I’ve tried many kinds of korean noodles like 신라면, 자짱면, 칼국수 & 냉면 but I still have this one (the noodles in the picture above) which is 국수 and I’ll tell you more about my other experiences with other korean food ^-^
